Reservation Policy
All reservations are subject to availability.
50% deposit required to reserve, final due 2 months prior to arrival. Reservations can be made via phone or Internet. rental agreement with confirmation will be emailed for payment to me made by check, cash or Venmo.
Pets accepted with prior approval and additional charge (per pet) $25/day.
Cancellation
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
